Role/Department

The Global Compensation Risk Remediation and Governance Head is a critical role within our Benefits, Comp and Global Compensation department. This position is responsible for overseeing global rewards risk, audits, and remediation requirements, as well as pay equity and gender pay reporting across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the risk remediation and governance team
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of global remuneration regulations
  • Prepare presentation materials and provide updates to key stakeholders and governance groups
  • Liaise with the Conduct Office and Control Functions
  • Analyze and advise on governance matters and potential risk for global projects
  • Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing risk compensation programs
  • Ensure Compensation governance processes are implemented
  • Conduct or oversee pay equity and/or gender pay gap analyses
  • Responsible for all documentation related to pay equity and gender pay requirements globally
Requirements
  • 10 or more years of experience in regulatory compensation and/or related compensation disciplines in financial services
  • Demonstrated proficiency in risk, remediation, governance reward, and pay equity agenda
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and interface with all levels of management
  • Past experience demonstrating strong change management and project management skills
  • Ability to solve highly complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
