TransUnion is seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our global security efforts. As a Director, Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that protects our employees, facilities, operations, and reputation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global security risk management strategy and associated security programs
  • Collaborate with global corporate security, regional management, and external organizations to protect all assets
  • Develop regional threat intelligence to mitigate events and protect executives and associates
  • Lead the design and implementation of security programs, including uniformed security officers, investigations, threat management, intelligence, training, case management, and education/awareness programs
  • Research innovative security systems and technology solutions to design and oversee organization-wide coverage and efficiency
  • Develop and manage the capital and expense budget for the organization's security operations and technologies
Requirements:
  • 15+ years' experience as a safety/security leader in government, corporate, or a combination of both
  • Strong network of corporate and government security contacts and intelligence resources
  • Advanced industry knowledge or professionally recognized certifications in security management
  • Specific leadership experience and expertise in crisis management and other resilience business continuity programs
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior, executive leadership; able to build stakeholder relationships via strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience building diverse teams and demonstrated focus and execution on enabling diversity in the workplace
  • Eligibility for issuance of a U.S. Government security clearance
