Position Title : GRC Consultant

Location : Chicago (Hybrid)

Position Overview

The Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst, a crucial and valued member of the governance team, will be entrusted with the essential task of ensuring that applications adhere to security standards and that technologies remain current. The ideal candidate will assess and identify security vulnerabilities, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to validate and confirm findings, and contribute to the sustainability model for ongoing compliance. This role necessitates a detail-oriented professional with robust analytical abilities and a profound understanding of security standards and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Review and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of applications to uncover security vulnerabilities and compliance concerns. Collaborate with application teams to validate findings and ensure adherence to compliance plans.

Compliance Monitoring: Engage in regular reviews to guarantee continuous application compliance. Utilize ServiceNow for centralized and decentralized application compliance, the IAM Analytics Portal (NT BI tool), and risk treatment.

Documentation: Generate detailed reports and documentation of compliance assessments and security vulnerabilities. Ensure that all findings are meticulously documented and communicated effectively. Prepare compliance reports with appropriate evidence for risk and regulatory reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Governance, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve identified issues. Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of governance processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to bolster compliance and security measures.

The potential compensation for this role is influenced by local labor market costs, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $135,000. Depending on the role, it is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a comprehensive range of medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), various paid and unpaid leave options, and potential incentive or variable compensation.
