Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients for all in and out patient services
  • Provide access to the hospital system while ensuring registration, business, and administrative requirements are met
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Utilize computer systems to accurately and efficiently register patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other hospital staff to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year hospital registration or medical office experience
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
