Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, developing strategic relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Your primary focus will be on building and managing a portfolio of clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our range of supplemental insurance products. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training new team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our range of supplemental insurance products.
  • Mentor and train new team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, using your knowledge of the market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its operations.
