Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We're revolutionizing tech recruitment, and we're looking for a talented Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll partner closely with account managers to ensure our enterprise customers achieve a significant return on investment and drive business success with their Built In partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with account managers to execute on operational and product utilization goals for assigned customers
- Create and execute project plans to provide user-focused training, content consultation, and engagement
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure delivery of customer objectives
- Maintain healthy customer engagement levels by identifying low adoption and providing solutions
- Identify and provide product education and best practices through analysis of audience engagement metrics
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of Built In products and tech industry knowledge
- Interpret customer insights to drive change in product and act as voice of customer for the product team
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, Training, and/or Recruiting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Experience with content marketing, digital marketing, or ability to act as creative advisor to clients
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic business relationships
