At UpGuard, we're on a mission to protect the world's data. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping our largest and most valuable customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous value for a portfolio of enterprise accounts across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting regularly with stakeholders and driving engagement.
  • Onboard strategic customers, focusing on maximizing value and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide resources, including success plans and customer-specific training sessions, to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, leveraging your understanding of risk management frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Monitor customer health and intervene proactively to educate customers on effective use of UpGuard.
  • Advocate for customers, providing updates to internal cross-functional partners on customer perspectives, risks, and strategic insights.
  • Develop strategic account plans that articulate customer business goals and how UpGuard can support their success.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success and account management, with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex customer solutions.
  • Self-starter with a commercial mindset, able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience navigating large and complex organizations, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
