Job Summary:
We are in search of an Office Manager and Sales Coordinator to enhance our operations in Mentor, Ohio.

This position demands a combination of administrative, financial, and customer service expertise to effectively oversee office functions, support sales activities, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, playing a vital role in our operational success.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer and Sales Management:


Oversee incoming requests for quotations, follow up with clients to ensure order placement, and accurately process customer orders while confirming pricing and order specifics.

Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and clients regarding order progress and delivery timelines.
Monitor sales commissions and uphold high standards of customer service.

Financial and Accounting Duties:
Ensure precise accounting records are maintained using preferred software such as Sage/Peachtree.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including reaching out to clients for overdue payments and supervising the accounts payable schedule.
Oversee payroll processing, prepare financial reports, and manage various sales and financial documents.
Compile and submit semi-annual sales tax returns and Workers' Compensation reports.

Administrative Support:
Effectively manage incoming correspondence, respond to phone inquiries, and handle mail processing.
Oversee shipping and receiving tasks as necessary.
Ensure all administrative functions contribute to the operational efficiency of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Experience with Sage/Peachtree accounting software is advantageous.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
A strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A background in business administration or a related field with experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
