The Arizona Supreme Court Information Technology Division is in search of a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a positive attitude to enhance the IT Software Quality Assurance Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include the development and maintenance of both automated and manual testing scripts, along with the evaluation of fixes for each build delivery. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will also play a vital role in the formulation and upkeep of AOC-wide testing policies and procedures, which entails providing recommendations for testing enhancements and implementing standardized testing processes across statewide supported initiatives. Furthermore, this position ensures that all designated testers across various projects receive adequate training on the testing methodologies, scripting, and tools necessary for effective testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. This role necessitates the capability to translate technical and/or business requirements into use case scenarios and functional test cases. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at managing multiple tasks over extended periods and handling various projects concurrently, both independently and with minimal supervision. The ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making and work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines is essential. The selected individual must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills across all business lines.

The preferred candidate will exhibit strong technical, analytical, and communication abilities. Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools is required, with a preference for experience in Appium, Coded UI in C#, or other Object-Oriented Languages using Visual Studio from Team Foundation Server (Azure DevOps). Familiarity with writing SQL queries to support automated testing efforts is also desirable. Furthermore, the preferred candidate should possess a keen attention to detail, a 'test to break' mindset, high productivity levels, and exemplary time management and organizational skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel may be required up to 5%.

SELECTION PROCESS:
