The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will oversee the operations of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a proficient Quality Assurance Team that delivers constructive feedback to the Adult Protective Services process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish priorities for quality assessments, identify patterns, and generate comprehensive reports. Engage with leadership to discuss team objectives and present findings.
  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations to ensure uniformity across staff assessments.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at cross-team problem-solving and implement strategies to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
  • Facilitate training sessions on identified trends and processes for team members and other relevant personnel.
  • Perform observational assessments of various teams to understand workflows and present insights to the team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of quality assurance experience, or three years of quality assurance experience without a degree.
  • Preferred supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with applicable federal and state regulations, quality improvement practices, and effective administrative techniques.
  • Strong skills in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and manage complex service programs.
  • Capacity to develop program objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage a diverse workload.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

All candidates must undergo background checks and possess a valid fingerprint clearance card to work with vulnerable populations. In-state travel may be necessary, and candidates must maintain a valid driver's license.
