POSITION SUMMARY:

The Arizona Supreme Court Information Technology Division is in search of a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a positive attitude to enhance the IT Software Quality Assurance Team. The primary responsibility of this role includes developing and sustaining both automated and manual testing scripts, as well as evaluating fixes for each software build. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will also play a crucial role in formulating and upholding testing policies and procedures across the organization, which entails recommending enhancements to testing practices and executing standardized testing protocols across statewide projects. Furthermore, this position guarantees that all designated testers across various projects receive appropriate training on testing methodologies, scripting, and necessary testing tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. This role necessitates the capability to translate technical and/or business requirements into use case scenarios and functional test cases. Additionally, the candidate should manage multiple tasks over extended periods and work on various projects concurrently, both independently and with minimal oversight, while exercising sound judgment in decision-making and performing effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. The selected individual must communicate with precision and clarity, both verbally and in writing, across all business sectors.

The preferred candidate will exhibit strong technical, analytical, and communication abilities. Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools is essential, ideally with experience in Appium, Coded UI in C#, or other Object-Oriented Languages using Visual Studio from Team Foundation Server (Azure DevOps), along with some familiarity in crafting SQL queries to support automated testing initiatives. Moreover, the preferred candidate should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a 'test to break' mindset, high productivity, and exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Travel level: up to 5%
