POSITION SUMMARY:

The Arizona Supreme Court Information Technology Division is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a positive attitude to enhance the IT Software Quality Assurance Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining both automated and manual testing scripts, as well as verifying fixes for each build delivery. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will also play a key role in the formulation and upkeep of AOC-wide testing policies and procedures, which encompasses making suggestions for testing enhancements and executing standardized testing processes across statewide supported projects. Furthermore, this position ensures that all designated testers across various projects receive proper training on the testing process, scripting, and the necessary testing tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement. This role necessitates the ability to translate technical and/or business requirements into use case scenarios and functional test cases. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of managing multiple tasks over extended periods and working on various projects simultaneously, independently, and with minimal supervision, as well as exercising independent judgment in decision-making and functioning effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. The selected candidate must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with precision and clarity across all business lines.

The preferred candidate will demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools is essential, preferably with Appium, Coded UI in C#, or other Object-Oriented Languages using Visual Studio from Team Foundation Server (Azure DevOps), along with some familiarity in writing SQL queries to support the automated testing initiative. Furthermore, the preferred candidate must be detail-oriented, possess a 'test to break' mindset, exhibit high productivity, and demonstrate optimal time management and organizational skills.

Travel level: up to 5%

SELECTION PROCESS:
