Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery and pickup of packages and mail
  • Arrange for elevator reservations and facilitate move-ins and move-outs

  • Monitor and maintain the lobby and common areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Facilitate realtor and potential buyer visits and provide information about the property and its amenities
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and confidentiality agreements
  • Log and announce visitors and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a concierge or hospitality role
  • Pleasant, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with demanding clientele
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems
  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
