Job Title: Community Liaison Medical Group

HarmonyCares is a leading provider of home-based primary care services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Liaison Medical Group to join our team.

About the Role:

The Community Liaison Medical Group will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote HarmonyCares' services and expand our reach in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market analysis and competitive landscape research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Education and outreach to the community about HarmonyCares' mission and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through in-person and virtual meetings with key decision-makers
  • Understanding and explaining eligibility and enrollment processes for HarmonyCares Medical Group
  • Providing education and support to patients and caregivers on benefit enrollment and processes
  • Tracking performance and adhering to budgeted targets for the region
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of B2B sales experience
  • Three years of healthcare-related industry sales/marketing experience required
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving skills, and ability to represent company service capabilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and customer service skills
