Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist/Furniture Builder Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and professional delivery of merchandise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install merchandise to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of merchandise to ensure it is in good condition and meets customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the backroom and assigned company vehicle.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of rental agreements and merchandise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
