Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in finding and maintaining stable housing

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform service delivery

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social services or a related field
- Strong understanding of housing first principles and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (may be required)
