  • Qualify buyers for their respective community and facilitate regular communication to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the process
  • Meet sales-related business goals, attend meetings, and provide follow-up to ensure a seamless home buying experience
  • Achieve customer service performance goals
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales/business experience required
  • Ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, and build rapport with team members and customers
  • Business-minded professional with a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge
  • High energy, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a focus on deadlines, organization, and teamwork
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and other systems
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
