Equipment Service Specialist

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Representative to join our team. As an Equipment Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of medical equipment.
Salary & BenefitsThe compensation package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 per hour, as well as comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and paid leaves (as required by law). Additionally, Volt offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employees' overall well-being.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to product inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Maintaining Medical Equipment: Sanitize, disinfect, and prepare medical devices for delivery, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, locate missing equipment, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Loading and Unloading Equipment: Safely load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles, following established procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive a company vehicle, with a clear driving record.
- Physical Abilities: Meet the physical demands of the job through fitness testing, as outlined in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher: Required educational background.
- COVID Vaccination: Must provide proof of COVID vaccination prior to starting work.
