Equipment Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Deployment Specialist to join our team at American Rental Association. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe deployment of equipment to our customers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling drivers, organizing dispatch of equipment, and assisting with customer orders and field repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule drivers and coordinate equipment dispatch to meet customer demands
- Assist with taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups, and services
- Arrange for emergency field repairs and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide seamless support to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong technical knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
