We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Customer Care Rep to join our team
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Process orders and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive support
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and valid driver's license
- Experience in parts or inventory control preferred
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including Health/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug Plan, Flexible Benefits Plan, 401K Retirement Savings Plan, Life and Disability Benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement, and more
