Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Service Specialist to join our team at Volt Workforce Solutions.

About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for providing world-class customer service to patients and hospital staff by preparing medical equipment for use, sanitizing and disinfecting devices, and transporting equipment to and from customer locations.

The ideal candidate will have two years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare medical equipment for patient use by cleaning and disinfecting devices, disposables, and documentation processing
  • Serve customers by responding to product inquiries, resolving issues, and providing superior customer service with customer-centric solutions
  • Support inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, locating missing and misplaced equipment as needed
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $23.00 per hour.
