Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Specialist

About the Role
As a Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver with Agiliti, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality medical equipment is in the right place at the right time for effective patient care. This includes driving to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers, retrieving equipment from customer locations as needed.
- Educate and engage customers on the features and functionality of delivered equipment.
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with billing, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
- Prioritize excellent customer service experience, with prior work in a hospital setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emergency off-hours support required.
- Lift up to 75 pounds safely.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
