Overview
Element Materials Technology is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to enhance our expanding team. This role is pivotal in fostering loyalty by nurturing and managing relationships with our valued clients. The specialist will oversee and monitor daily orders to guarantee timely delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees major accounts by generating detailed status reports for each client, organizing workflow processes, and communicating precise delivery timelines.
  • Delivers status updates to clients and informs them about ongoing projects.
  • Facilitates the return of customer samples and remnants as necessary.
  • Collaborates with clients and testing laboratories to address and resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Provides information to prospective clients through various communication channels.
  • Addresses discrepancies in purchase orders concerning quantities, specifications, and other details.
  • Directs qualified leads to the sales team for quotations.
  • Handles invoicing for completed orders.
  • Resolves disputes related to customer invoices.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in aerospace or material testing is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record in customer service excellence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with proficient telephone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with standard office software (Excel, Word, and Windows applications) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
