Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Mortgage Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting appointments with potential clients to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  • Conducting research to customize options that meet clients' financial needs.
  • Meeting with families to present options, discuss details, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications.
Qualifications

We are seeking coachable, challenge-seeking, and self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. A strong skill set is not the only requirement for this position.

Compensation

This is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts.

We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents/managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
