Sales Representative Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Marc Fisher Footwear. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing and driving the brand's overall sales strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strong relationships with retail and wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profit margins
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including department stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including product development, production, customer service, and logistics teams
  • Accumulate and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Effectively manage wholesale business operations, including tracking sales, monitoring markdowns, and placing orders

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of wholesale footwear sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing department store key item business and retail P&L
  • Dynamic selling, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work out of both New York Showrooms and CT Headquarters offices
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities
