About the Role

Palm Careers LLC is seeking a highly skilled Trauma Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for trauma patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate the Trauma Performance Improvement Program to monitor and improve trauma care.
  • Collaborate with managers, staff, and education teams to identify, implement, and evaluate education programs for trauma care.
  • Provide trauma education in orientation classes and instruct in outreach education programs such as ATLS, ATCN, and TNCC.
  • Coordinate and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in trauma care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree with three years of experience in trauma/quality improvement.
  • Advanced Trauma Care (ATCN) and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
