Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to support a DHS program management office in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to develop and improve standard operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Lead document management workflows and coordination
  • Track and implement opportunities for improvement and corrective actions
  • Develop and present PowerPoint briefings to senior leadership
  • Collate and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Support client and team meetings through agenda development, meeting minutes, and action tracking
  • Support stakeholder engagement and outreach events
  • Review and respond to informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders
  • Conduct research and prepare summary reports on technical topics
  • Lead development and management of program and business office documentation and files
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team
