We are seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to support a DHS program management office in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to develop and improve standard operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead document management workflows and coordination
- Track and implement opportunities for improvement and corrective actions
- Develop and present PowerPoint briefings to senior leadership
- Collate and analyze data to inform decision-making
- Support client and team meetings through agenda development, meeting minutes, and action tracking
- Support stakeholder engagement and outreach events
- Review and respond to informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders
- Conduct research and prepare summary reports on technical topics
- Lead development and management of program and business office documentation and files
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team
