  • Review and develop standard operational procedures to enhance business efficiency.
  • Lead document management workflows, coordination, and adjudication to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and corrective actions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and present PowerPoint briefings to senior leadership on business management objectives and data.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Support client and team meetings through preparing agendas, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actions and deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders and partners to support outreach events and working group coordination.
  • Review and respond to informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on technical topics and prepare summary reports of findings.
  • Lead the development and management of program and business office documentation and files.
  • Perform quality control activities, such as peer review of documents.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders and write effectively

  • Effective problem-solver
  • Work within a cross-functional team to support client success
  • This position requires completing a Government background investigation. You must be a US citizen.
