We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller with a strong background in a manufacturing setting to manage all facets of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with a demonstrated ability to track progress and deliver insightful business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement dashboards, tools, and reporting systems to furnish essential financial and operational insights to management.
- Offer actionable recommendations to management for both strategic initiatives and everyday operations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all business areas to evaluate performance effectively.
- Oversee both internal personnel and external resources to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial statements, cash management, banking relations, and financial assessments.
- Formulate annual forecasts and budgets aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the financial planning, cash management, and budget oversight functions of the organization.
- Manage full cycle accounting responsibilities.
- Possess experience with ERP/PLM systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting specific to a manufacturing environment.
- Have experience with tax, audit, and CPA functions.
- Demonstrate previous experience in a managerial capacity.
- Engage with vendor management.
