- Record and update transactions
- Maintain a professional office environment
- Follow up communication with leads
- Promote company events and activities
- High school graduate, 2-4 year higher education a plus
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience working face to face, over phone, and email with customers
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer
- Must have own transportation
- Hourly rate: $22-27 per hour (depending on experience, skills and strengths)
- Paid holidays per year: New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas day
- Vacation is accrued upon hire and may be used after six months of employment
- After one year, expenses are reimbursed to become a realtor (classes, testing, etc.)
