Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and promote products.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
