About the Role

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class client experiences, supporting sales growth, and maintaining a seamless retail environment. You will work closely with our Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences, and collaborate with our Atelier team to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
  • Support the Atelier team to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences
  • Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
  • Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
  • Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
  • Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia
  • Welcome clients and match them with their product and direct to the right Service Counter
  • Prepare the product to be processed and efficiently and accurately process transactions
  • Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience and support operations at the Service Counter
  • Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
  • Strategically place product in the backroom and uphold the standards of product display
  • Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences and support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations
