Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual who can provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a DSP, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living tasks, implementing their individual support plans, and promoting independence and community integration.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Implementing individual support plans and behavioral support plans
  • Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Providing transportation to and from activities and outings
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for individuals

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives the highest quality of care and support. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are also required.
