Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to gather job specifications and provide accurate estimates of job costs.
  • Prepare and present estimates to customers, making recommendations for improved product quality, service, and pricing.
  • Work closely with internal staff and outside vendors to prepare orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor jobs through the production process and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in greeting walk-in visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding customer concerns and improve job performance.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and business-like fashion and direct calls to the appropriate person as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and improve job performance through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the apparel and promotional industry.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer knowledge of email, navigating the web, Microsoft Office products, and file management.
  • General math skills and good people skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and good communication skills through multiple methods.
