Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager, including managing day-to-day team operations, tracking systems, and communication with staff.
  • Workflow Management: Monitor assigned reports, follow up on discrepancies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Distribute and provide communications to staff, receive and relay messages, and participate in quality management activities.
  • Scheduling: Facilitate maintaining, updating, and communicating visit schedules for Team field staff.
  • Customer Service: Support Agency's customer service reputation by promoting and maintaining a responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible approach to all customer contacts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma and experience in computer processing preferred.
  • Skills: Above average word processing/data entry skills, knowledge of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and walking are required.
  • Work Environment: Works under a variety of conditions in facilities and offices, with some exposure to unpleasant weather.
  • Availability: Available to agency personnel in person or by telephone during the Agency operating hours and possibly after hours for emergencies.
