Position Overview

As a vital member of our Member Services team, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of individuals by guiding them through our digital personal finance offerings. Work Environment

Work Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend shifts.

Compensation

Starting pay is competitive at $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members through various communication channels, demonstrating care in every interaction.
  • Listen attentively to members, providing empathetic solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, during business hours.
  • A people-centric approach with a focus on solutions.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
