The Client Support Specialist at American Leak Detection is tasked with addressing customer inquiries, organizing appointments, and efficiently dispatching our technicians for daily assignments. Core Duties of the Client Support Specialist:

  • Responding to incoming calls

  • Availability: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
