Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer rentals and returns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of rental software
