St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a medical physicist to join its physics faculty in the Department of Radiation Oncology. As a faculty member, you will be part of a team dedicated to advancing the field of medical physics and improving patient care.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly qualified medical physicist with a strong background in radiation oncology physics. The successful candidate will have a PhD in medical physics, engineering, or a related field, and certification in radiation oncology physics by ABR/ABMP or eligibility for certification. Board certification is expected within three years of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and develop new methods of targeting, treatment planning, delivery, and outcome modeling
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to advance the field of pediatric radiation oncology
  • Teach and mentor students and junior faculty members
