I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Job Overview:

- Assist in the organization and management of training and performance resources
- Oversee data management within the learning management system
- Support basic event planning and logistics including setup and teardown
- Help curate both physical and digital resources pertinent to training, communication, and events
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as assigned. The absence of specific tasks does not prevent the supervisor from delegating duties that are logically associated with the role.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), training management systems (TMS), or other HR management tools
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
- Experience in event or training coordination is advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication abilities

Compensation Range: $17.50/hour - $30.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Special Instructions for Applicants:

This position is scheduled to commence at the end of August and will require in-office attendance three days a week.
