Job Title: National Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a strong understanding of the packaged food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the packaged food industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving sales efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, plus an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
