Job Description and Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will lead by example as a Player-Coach where the leader will have overall annual sales revenue accountability for the PNE Sales Team and will have individual sales revenue quota responsibility (Player). The position carries an estimated salary of $115,000 - $130,000 Annually, DOE, broken down by quarter, with a minimum of $100,000 annually.

  • Assume accountability for overall PNE focused business development teams sales pipeline, revenue, and CRM usage for all PNE Business Development personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, guide, coach and lead a geographically focused Business Development Sales Team to achieve sales objectives/goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Must be motivated, self-disciplined and possess strong time management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing/sales, environmental science, and/or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience; 5-10 years of sales experience in the hazardous waste/environmental sector required.
  • Proven sales management and business development/sales track record.
  • Working knowledge of 40 and 49 CFRs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills and business acumen.
