Job Summary

Raymond James Financial Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. This role provides critical administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Financial Advisors in onboarding new clients, opening accounts, and researching client information using internal databases and technologies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information, documentation, and compliance with firm and industry regulations.
  • Process and monitor asset transfers, cash management, and corporate action items to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and materials for client meetings, and input orders and rebalance portfolios as needed.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors on marketing efforts, client-facing events, and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
  • Series 7 and SIE licenses required, with Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses as needed by state.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
