The Role

We're seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and help us bring Parabola to more teams. As a key member of our GTM organization, you'll work closely with our Head of Sales to build a top-notch enterprise sales organization. Your primary focus will be on evangelizing Parabola to enterprise businesses, driving revenue growth, and solving customer problems.

Responsibilities
  • Source and close new business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Lead discovery calls with prospective customers to identify meaningful use cases for Parabola
  • Lead demos and manage POCs for leading retail, freight, and other operationally complex businesses
  • Share learnings from customer conversations with product, engineering, and design teams
  • Develop custom pricing plans to drive initial sales and expansion
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in a fast-growing startup or larger tech company
  • Experience running complex sales cycles, from pipeline generation to POCs and commercials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with others
  • Experience learning new tools, processes, and building things from scratch
  • Based in San Francisco or New York City, with a willingness to commute to the office 3x a week
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and growth
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total package, including equity, premium health and wellness benefits, and a salary range of $250,000 - $300,000, based on experience and performance.
