About the Role

Braze is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify new sales opportunities and optimize sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and marketing principles, including sales methodologies and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
