About the Role:

This Surgical Care Navigator Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to work with our interdisciplinary team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our staff, you will design and implement care delivery systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality care. Your expertise in developing educational programs will enhance patient understanding and engagement in their care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement care delivery systems to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Develop educational programs to increase patient and family knowledge of care expectations and recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop realistic care goals that maximize patient functioning and health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical or hospital setting. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required, and licensure as an RN in Kentucky (KY) is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should possess Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification within 5 days of hire.

Compensation:

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
