Nurse Care Specialist

The University of Kentucky's Trauma Acute Surgical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its team. As a Clinical/UKHC nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the center's mission to deliver world-class healthcare.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,415 - $123,525, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing total, comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care
• Assessing, documenting, planning, implementing, teaching, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive nursing plan of care
• Delivering direct patient care
• Ensuring patient satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer navigation skills and working knowledge of the internet
