Manufacturing Assembly Technician

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team at East Coast Sensors Incorporate. This role involves the assembly and testing of temperature sensors using various hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assemble temperature sensors according to detailed instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to management.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions in English.
- Good oral communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and reaching within arm's length.
- Lifting and moving up to 10-25 pounds regularly.
**Benefits:**
Health/dental insurance available after one year of service. Retirement plans are available. Two ten-minute paid breaks per day (10am/3pm), thirty-minute unpaid lunch break. Coffee is provided. The starting rate for this position is $15/hour, with annual raises based on performance. COVID-19 considerations: masks are supplied, social distancing maintained, and break times adjusted for adequate spacing.
