**Job Summary**
East Coast Sensors Incorporate is seeking a skilled Temperature Sensor Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing temperature sensors using hand and power tools.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Assemble temperature sensors according to detailed instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Report any quality or process-related issues to management promptly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and manual labor.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
The starting salary for this position is $15/hour, with annual raises based on performance. Health/dental insurance is available after one year of service. We offer retirement plans, two ten-minute paid breaks per day, and an unpaid thirty-minute lunch break. Coffee is provided, and we maintain COVID-19 safety protocols.
