Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market share through effective sales calls, relationship-building, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
  • Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group services.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth and focus on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, expense entry compliance, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
  • Be a good steward of company financial resources by projecting a return on investment and managing to a sales and marketing expense budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on LHC Group services, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines to effectively educate the medical community.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
